Look at the history of that team. It looks like he has abandoned them so essentially it is an AI coached team.

He's in my conference in that world. I think he recruits leftovers most of the time and also recruits, from what I can tell, on overall ratings many times.

Yea just looked. He had the 116 ranked GUESS rating so not that much of a big deal than what I thought it was.

He signed a Db with 43 TKL 53 GI and 58 Tech. Not a SIM recruit mind you. He offered him a Scholarship. That wouldn't fly at D2.
