Cut Jenkins to get a Puerto Rico guy with 2 years left. When I looked at 11pm last night, I got a message that said I could offer a ship even though I had just offered one. I was at Very High with a ship offered and a DIII was at Moderate on the considering. He signed with the DIII. Screenshots coming so you know I'm not crazy.
