I am receiving a message that dynamic salaries are being updated and HBD will down until 3 EST. No notice. Is this right? Everyone else getting this, or is this just my device? I am in the middle of free agent signings and want to be sure.

Nah, I got it as well. Not sure why HBD has to go down for SLB update but it is what it is.
