Which has more weight? I've never been in a position of having to choose in HD 3.0 but I'm in a situation where I've got enough money left for either 18 HV's and 1 CV or 20 HVs.

I'm pretty confident it's still the CV. I don't think the HV:CV ratio was changed.

Years and years ago, a CV was worth 2.5 HV's. That's probably very outdated by now, but I agree with Dahs above. I think the CV carries more weight.
