Anyone else notice he just got changed from a left handed hitter to a switch hitter?

Recent researchers now guess he started his career as a Lefty and probably became a Switch hitter later. A number of players in those days batted righty against curveball pitchers but not necessarily against all Lefties. BaseballReference changed hm to a Switch, MLB.com still shows him as a Lefty.

Interesting. This will surely effect his pricing. It will be interesting to see by how much.

Are Switch hitters priced differently or is that just a Forum rumor?

I think the baseline salary formula did adjust for switch-hitters since they don't have any platoon advantage/disadvantage, but with dynamic salaries skewing everything now, who knows anymore.

I'm using an 1885 Connor as a switch-hitter at $9.89 million. He's leading the league's MVP standings and 500 PA into the season is hitting .400/.459 batting leadoff.

Here is his slash line at the 137 game mark for my team batting 3rd also leading the MVP race
