I was checking out that 1988 Sox team too Bleedin. You can put together an absolutely explosive offense with them ... if you don't mind starting Bruce Hurst every 4 days.
I have done the 88 sox twice before. Made playoffs once and want to try them again sometime.

Hurst gets blown up with a plus five era, But the offense produces well.

I am also looking at another 98 redsox team.

Thanks Bleeding, Thought I nailed it last time, but I collapsed late and in post season. Starting pitching became Jeckyll and Hyde and bullpen did me in. Mad some tweaks. We’ll see, good luck to you too bro.

so a franchise can be used twice from different years? 09 and 15 dodgers? I was looking for franchises that hadn't been chosen. I misunderstood. I still like my teams though.

yes, different years and did not play in world series in chosen year.
