It is Season 18 of the 2+ 2 league. The 1998 Astros just won season 17. You take any team from 1940-2016 that did not make series.You may add 2 pitchers and 2 hitters from the same year to bolster your team. The cap is 90 million. Divisions will be aligned randomly after rosters are checked. Owners may have 2 teams in different leagues. There will be no trades, no twists,no ww, no dh, no aa prospects and no clones. You must play in your team's park. Your team is exclusive to you. Also your year is exclusive to you. Sixteen teams enter. Only one gets the elusive ring.

World Series teams are not eligible.

Well the real 71 as won 101 games. The team was used in this league last year and lost 104, thats what i was talking about. I would do a sub 450 league though

I was checking out that 1988 Sox team too Bleedin. You can put together an absolutely explosive offense with them ... if you don't mind starting Bruce Hurst every 4 days.
