The first ARRR concludes tonight with the championship game, as Texas-Arlington travels to Lamar as a one point favorite.

Irrelevant!!! Here's the cross-world victory that matters:

And, before anyone says that shouldn't happen, I was on the guy since Day 1, put the most resources into a player ever and I think byeags was in for 4 cycles. I offered 15m and a start along with the following:
Attention Points (AVG): 1038 (37.07143)
Budget Spent: $2,992
Home Visits: 12
Campus Visits: 1

I also beat out a D1, but he didn't show up with a scholarship until the last cycle.

E. Connecticut St. tecwrg DIII B- Very High Yes 47%
Framingham St. opie5 DIII A+ Very High Yes 35%
Syracuse chaltain DI C+ High Yes 18%

I won this three-way battle with only 285 AP, 15 minutes, and no money spent.

That's the guy I bailed on because I didn't want to be in your 3 man circle jerk with opie. And it would have forced me to take resources away from Moss who was my primary target since the first cycle.

The funny thing is that I kind of bailed on him as well. Only left 5 APs per cycle on him once RS2 started and concentrated my resources elsewhere.

He was there for the taking.

Opie must have bailed on him as well.

It's difficult to stay on a guy when the D1 human shows up. I know, from UNC-A, that you can eliminate a D3 with a handful of AP and a HV. I have no doubt that byeags or chaltain could have taken those guys from us. But, while both will be really good D3 players, they're D1 scrubs. I'd like to think the D1 guys recognize that and put resources in better players.

Yep - I totally bailed when the human D1 showed - silly me - he’ll be an excellent D3 player.

From a statistical standpoint, I figured I’d share my effort here. Mike is right, it was a last minute attempt for just somebody to fill in as a big. 275 AP and 20 promised minutes over 6 cycles and got to high. I know there’s a big multiplier from D1 to D3, but I’m honestly surprised I was even in range when seeing Mikes effort

I'm not. With UNC-A, I've knocked off both D2 and D3 with minimal effort. I imagine, if you'd offered a couple of HV or a CV, you'd have been favored.

And congrats on the title for the first iteration of the ARRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Final results!

Lamar completes the ARRR sweep with a 66-53 beatdown of Texas-Arlington and takes home the title!

Final standings:
Team Record Point Differential Points Allowed
Lamar 4-0 +30 217
Hartford 2-2 +17 234
Farleigh-Dickinson 2-2 -14 276
Texas-Arlington 2-2 -18 256
UNC Trashville 0-4 -15 240

Fartford, Farleigh-Dickheadson, Texas-Suckington and UNC-Trashville are the suck.

However, with zero wins, we only had a 15 point differential in 4 games. Pretty solid if you ask me.
