I can't remember potential, obviously, but there are couple inside shooters, couple of outside shooters and plenty of D. And, keep in mind, there are 63 humans in D2 right now. Tourney appearance is just about a guarantee.

Rupp is still taking open applications for coaches. Lander Sim benefited greatly from MikeT's early recruiting effort.

It would be a shame for that team to spend a year with SIMMY. Although there is only 1 SR so maybe it won't be so bad. Except the practice plan will seriously hurt development.

Okay after a short debate with myself, I took Lander. Wasn’t planning on ever playing in Rupp again. Played 1.0 back when I was in middle school, I struggled to beat Simmy back then. Let’s hope I can manage to be more successful this time around. ill be off to a great start at Lander!

Cool. Don't get fancy and change O/D sets. Just ride it to 3 NT appearances, get at least 1 NT win and move on up to D1 after 3 seasons.

One downside. Since I knew I wasn't coming back, I didn't schedule non-con. I only accepted challenges.
