Listed below are the total wins per franchise for the years 1990-94. The 16 chosen teams will be separated into 4 divisions. One league will have the best 8 teams from 1990-94 and the other league will have 8 teams with the worst number of wins. The best and worst teams will battle for playoffs and trip to toc. You also may retain your team for future seasons.

There will be no dh, clones, ww, trades, no twists, and dreaded aaa prospects. The cap is 80 million.
