BTW, fatboydad's selection prompted me to add another rule clarification, which is if your chosen pitcher's 20 losses were spread between more than one team, you are limited to filling your roster from your choice of only one of those teams.

1974 was a great year for 20-game losers. I'm in for sure. Tentatively I will go with Steve Rogers and the 1974 Expos, but I may switch that up if I find a better option after doing a little more research.
