The Team Icon Progressive needs an owner for the Astros entering the 1997 Rookie Draft. The basic concept of the league is that you can only draft players who played for your team at some point in their career. Any player who played for only your team you get automatically (Bagwell, Biggio, etc.) There is a process in place for moving teams, so if you'd prefer one of the NL West teams not in use (COL or ARI) you could move them there if you'd like. Here is their roster. The 1997 Rookie Draft has some good players for Houston with Tejeda and Abreu leading the class. The Astros have two First Round Draft Picks so they have ammo to move up to get one of their top guys if you wanted.
