Here are the Jackie Robinson Private World Rules:

1. WIN FLOOR:

• We will follow a 50/110 win floor pattern. In the first year a team must win at least 50 games and in consecutive years must win at least 110.

• Failing either of these prerequisites will trigger automatic dismissal from world.

• This does not apply to replacement owners in the season they take over a franchise. Their win floor clock begins in their first FULL season.

2. CONSECUTIVE 100 LOSS SEASONS:

• Any team losing 100 games in 3 consecutive seasons will trigger dismissal from world.

3. PROSPECT CAP:

• The spending limit for Prospects is $30M. This includes expenditures for Amateurs AND IFAs combined. Any amount over $30M will be subject to the penalties below.

• The basis for determination will be Prospect column on the Budget Analysis page. A transfer amount of $31M or higher will trigger the penalty.

• If more than $30M is transferred into any team's Prospect Budget account but it has not yet been spent the situation can be remedied. Overage may be transferred out of Prospects and into any budget of the owner's choosing until the Prospect Budget reads $30M or less on the Finance Budget Analysis page.

• If, however, portions of the exceeded budget have already been spent on amateurs or IFAs the offending owner will be immediately dismissed and replaced.

• Because that franchise should not benefit from this breach the top Amateur signee and any IFA signees from this team who are already on a roster will be waived by the new owner.

• Because one team could make four claims in two days and benefit disproportionally from a purge like this no team may make more than one waiver claim on any of these forfeited players who will be identified. That is, one CLAIM per team--not one PLAYER per team.

• To assure no one makes an undetectable second of third claim any team winning more than one of these players will be dismissed and replaced.
