World Rules- Updated 4/6/16
We only have some basic rules:
1) Minimum Win Rule- Established Season 1. Minimum Wins required, on a rolling 3 season basis is 50/110/175. If you fall short of the MWR, a veterans committee (To be established shortly) consisting of 4 owners and the commissioner will decide whether a 1 season probation period should be extended. Decision will be based on a case by case basis, including how close was the owner, injury factor, effort(playing people in correct positions, roster moves, etc.). If you are granted a probation season, you must hit the MWR for the next season that is needed or you will have to sit out of the league for 1 season before being eligible for possible re-entry.
2) Effective Season 2, all teams must keep their minors rosters stocked, meaning having enough players to fill the rosters, set their lineups and ensure they do not have 0(0) pitchers. A warning will be issued if there is a violation and the team should fix as soon as possible. A second warning will be issued if still not resolved. If a third warning is reached, the team will forfeit their highest round draft pick in the next draft.
