Mike if you want the first player to be helpful later in his career start him whenever possible. 17 IQ will gain points but slowly, increase it if possible. As far as for now take defense and passing over ball handling.

He's a mass of yellow/red/black. His improvement will be limited regardless of his WE. He was an "easy" recruit and, since I was caught with my pants down in recruiting a PG for two straight seasons, I wanted an adequate PG when my JR graduates.
