This league is simple, but intriguing...

1. Pick a franchise.
2. Pick max 40 million worth of position players from one season.
3. Pick max 40 million worth of pitching from another season (although I guess it could be the same season).
4. Fill in your roster with the leftover money (max 40 million) from a third season.

Must choose modern seasons: 1990 - 2017.
No clones, injuries, WW.
