My friend and I often used that term, ooooohdoggie!!! , when playing wall-ball or fast pitch baseball in the late1970's. We did not have all the internet resources back then to check for accuracy.

I thought the character Jed Clampett was a class act. His nephew Jethro Bodine on the other hand, well, ... some day I am going to have to have a long talk with that boy.
