If the training and medical make as little difference as they do in real life, then the game instructions should make that point instead of stating otherwise.
If guys health is low, they have a pretty high chance of getting injured. Anyone under 50 is usually in a Tulo situation.
Good news is with your medical at 20 it's like the Captain America super solider program. Throw them on the 60 day DL and watch as they become better players then they were before they went in.
IFA isn't worth it. Save your money for the draft.
