I have him in a new league. 3 man rotation and I want Silver to pitch every other day. What type of a rotation do I use ?

2A-2B is the simplest way to do it. If you're an active manager you could use Tandem 2A/2B and shuffle a couple pitchers between 2B and the bullpen. That's what I did when I drafted several low IP starters..
