Increased injuries to rested players? Topic

In the past week I've had pitchers come out of games with injuries while pitching at 100 and 92%. Can't say I've ever noticed that before. Anyone else see this happening lately?

Yes.

The one at 100% injured himself batting, the one at 92% pitching. Both lasted exactly 4 innings and were not doing well on the mound, but were nowhere near their target or max pitch counts.
