I solved the scheduling issue here.
This may actually be the most sensible thing I've read on here today.

The 16 views in 3 weeks is impressive. Find your audience, bro.
I had no idea there was a suggestions forum, so there’s that.

I agree, that seems like a good scheduling suggestion. I just took over a team and recruiting was very challenging. It seemed a little bit like groveling for table scraps, although some of them were pretty darn good table scraps. I think it is fine to face challenges like that right from the start. I know some guys want to be on top from day one, but I accepted the challenges of changing jobs and enjoyed the challenge.

Changing jobs SHOULD be hard. Many scream "REALISM!!!!" when it suits them and crap all over realism when it doesn't. When real-life coaches change jobs, it's a difficult process.

One thing I'd like to see, probably impossible, is for some of the "credit" on a recruit actually go with the coach. Maybe 40/60 between school/coach. To me, that feels pretty real. The coach has been sitting in the living room, eating momma's terrible peach cobbler and expounding on the virtues of his "program" not necessarily the school. Seems like the kid would have a connection with the coach moreso than the school he has not attended.
