We are looking for a new owners for season 14. The world is a competitively balanced world and little drama. We have been fortunate to have stable ownership and quick rollovers.
We have a 55/120/195 minimum win requirement.
The available teams are:
Las Vegas Lucky Aces (85-77, 2nd place NL West) A team on the rapid rise and threatening for the division championship. This is a very balanced team with veteran talent, young ML talent, and good prospects at all the farm levels. There is a very good situation to get into.

Cincinnati Reds (80-82, 4th place AL North) Good team in a tough division. The team has good young players and only 5 players on long-terms contracts. So plenty of room to build through free agency or shifting money to prospect budget. https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRoster.aspx?fid=6403
Seattle Rainers (63-99 4th place AL West) This is a rebuild project with the #3 DRAFT PICK. This one will take a few seasons to turn around because there are some aging veteran contracts to work through. Would be a fun challenge for a veteran owner. https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=6417
Scranton 91ers (86-76, 3rd place NL North) A playoff team from last season that has been on the rise. A great young core, the top players are all under 28 years or younger. This could be a contender for several years. https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRoster.aspx?fid=6421
Burlington Browns (68-94, 4th place NL North) Another rebuild project with the #6 draft pick. However, the new owner can get started with the rebuild immediately as there is only 1 players not on minimum contract. With a tiny payroll, new owner has a ton of flexibility. https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=6418
Richmond Rogues (83-79, 3rd place NL North) This is a team on the rise with the last 4 season wins = 56, 64, 71, 83. If that trend continues, they should be a playoff team this year. The growth is being driven the new prospects coming up - the top players are ages 22-25. There are a couple additional prospects in the minor that can help this trend to continue. There is also some payroll room to add FA signings. https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=6424
Please let me know if you any interest in any of these teams.
