He was something around 70-73 OVR when drafted, and his first rollover OVR was 77. These types of players do not need 2.5 seasons in the minors, cmon man. 23 starts for 150 innings in the high minors with sub-3.00 ERA, get him in the show right away. Yeah maybe he limped through his age 21 "rookie" season which didn't count towards his arbitration service time, but it's good for the game to actually try to win more games with a better roster instead of keeping top guys in the minors forever "because you're still rebuilding" aka you want to be bad on purpose for longer If these top-of-the-draft guys Will is posting are actually 22 years old, then their starting OVR could be as high as 75-77 and if so they literally don't need to spend a day in the minors, you could just assign them directly to the majors
