We used to play low cap leagues when WIS was young and popular. I thought I’d see if there was interest again.

No clones, no WW, PI off, excellent MLers, $25 million cap, max 8 out.

Right now, I’m planning for the normal 8 injuries. If we go with no injuries I would probably eliminate the MLers. Which may work better because MLers are so hit and miss. Since I’ve been trying to get a $25 million league going for five years, I’m open to suggestions.

Suggestion: Blacklist the 40 goals Warren Young, no clones and do nothing else. Should be a good challenge
