What does the practice plan "possession" improve, compared to "deep"?

Shorter routes (aka crossing, outs, slants, etc.). Think possession type routes VS fly, post, seam, etc. Not sure how the engine works it but it is most likely a distance from the LOS. Just my guess.

For possession receivers, I like good strength, technique, elusiveness, hands, and instinct. For the deep ones, it's all about the speed and hands.
