Anyone have any insight as to exactly how SIMs sign recruits? They've all got way more interested than they need, so there should be a way to pic some of the backups off, but I've never looked at it very close. When do they start signing? How does their logic work? If a recruit has SIMs on him, and the SIMs sign all of their recruits, does the recruit flip to undecided?
