How difficult and how expensive can it be to knock off that one SIM who is considering a school instead of the regular three?

IMHO, three SIMs on a recruit are beat by 2 CVs about 50% of the time. One SIM almost always takes 3, and usually 4. This assumes you hit them hard the first three cycles.
