Can you guys think of a reason that WIS implicating the ability to search recruits by formation IQ would be a bad idea. Will probably never happen and would be a bear to try and set up I'm sure. But if you run exclusively NDB wouldn't it be beneficial to be able to search recruits that way?

If you use yatzr's recruiting tool, you can do that by adding Formation IQ into some of your equations.
