I have not had a guy even close to this before

insane SPD and ATH

BUT not all that great LP or PER or BH

What will he be amazing at doing? take it to basket and make people foul him to stop him?

Good LP for a guard and a very good FT shooter. Set him to -2 and give him distro, he'll be decently efficient and will definitely draw fouls.

He would be a ringer if you ran press defense. Don’t get me wrong he will be good in any defense, but press would be ideal.

maybe that 4 points of speed makes all the difference? i dont know, havent played d1 in a long itme.

but based on last year, looks like he would be just ok. hes doing pretty good job of getting to the line, but ive seen better. (ratio of FTA to FGA is about 7:10. definitely well above average, but i have seen 1:1 ratio. maybe it will increase as he handles ball more?

it will be interesitng to see how he does

Indeed, that is the guy - I may switch him to -2 in light of suggestions on this thread - or at least give it a try

I had him at minus one all or most of last season and it wasnt great - hence looking for ideas here

I’d set him at -2 by default, but against certain opponents, if you expect them to crowd inside, he can hit an open 3, especially when his IQ is senior level. Otherwise he is a classic “slasher”, IMO, who will score efficiently and draw lots of fouls. If his passing and IQ is fully developed, he can be an elite PG and 2nd or 3rd scoring option.

I'd let him shoot the 3 (at -1). I believe it opens up the LP to higher % 2 point shooting..
