Just put your post in the theme league classified section. The theme league section is for existing leagues. The classified section is used to fill up leagues. Also, I would suggest using a lower cap. The $65 million salary cap will probably chase a lot of people away.

What do you would be a good cap number.

For that league I think something closer to 55 would be better. When you have too much money all the teams look too much alike.
