And Marymount had 55 RPI and was first rounded. I've promised 7 starts and 25 minutes the last couple years and it hasn't hurt me one bit.

Your last sentence doesn't make sense without more context, and Marymount is in Virginia whilst LMU is in Los Angeles. Details, son.

Giving 4 freshmen 25 minutes is a **** way to win. Luckily there are actually helpful people on this forum who have helped me learn about how to deal with this in the future. I should never have a guy transfer again

Was their advice "Keep your promises" or "Don't makes promises you can't/won't keep"?

Because that's what I do. Didn't need 4 pages of discussion to figure it out.

Sure. Virtually all underclassmen. Much like when I first took over WCSU and was getting **** about how terrible I was, I'll make them better.

And I didn't need a 4 page thread to understand that the promises I made needed to be kept. Even if it meant slowing down the offense when a normal pace would have been better in order to meet those promises and keep my freshmen for next year.

Ftr, in my second year at Weber I fulfilled 6 promised starts with all of them 25 I believe. Mike, being agreesive is the way to go, you just have to know how to be smartly aggressive. Now I know exactly why.

FTR, I took a team that has never won a tourney game for a reason. I've obviously been aggressive in recruiting(#3 SG and #11 SF in 1st class, #15 SG in RS1 of my 2nd class at D school). Because I know the team I took was bad, I also knew I wasn't doing **** this season. So, because of that, I'm not being "aggressive" with playing time with the two from my 1st class nor will I be with my 2nd class. I also won't start a thread about them transferring because I almost met my promises.

As I said, you want to recruit the best players and not affect your chances at winning games. Sometimes you can't have both. It bit you in the ***. Deal with it.

I've never seen a player with a WE of -3, or even 0. The lowest I've ever seen is 1.
