Out Of Position Players Topic

I try to avoid using players in a fielding position where they're not rated, but I'm curious about the potential results. Does anyone know the following:
1) Does a player's speed rating have a bearing on how they'll perform out of position?
2) Does a player's normal position make a difference? For example, are 2B's better as 1B's than vice versa?
3) Does a player's fielding rating at their normal position translate to an unrated position? For example, will a A/A 3B make fewer errors and have better range if used in the OF than a D/D- 3B would?

Here are couple of links from contrarian23's ever helpful pinned thread:

My answers would be
1. Nope
2 Yup always easier to move left on the spectrum than right.
3. Yup definitely an A/A 3B will make many fewer errors and minus plays than a D/D- one would.

Thank you! I should have checked contrarian's post more carefully.
