i have a D1 team in Smith, and I think I want to add a D2 team (probably in Naismith). Can anybody help me with suggesting some of the more competitive conferences in that world?

The GLV has a good stable base of coaches. I played in it for 40+ seasons and some of the guys had been there longer than I was. Strongly recommend.

Cal CAA is a good conference, a bunch of good coaches, I just got there myself and I plan on being there for a long long time.

I just got to Dowling. ECC. There is a place for you. You would be the fourth coach.

I'm looking for D2 conferences. I'm already eligible for D2 jobs in Naismith, because I've played in that world previously.

the ECC looks like an initriguing opportunity zorzii. all 3 of the coaches there are pretty new to their jobs though...do you know if it is just a stepping stone to D1 for yourself and the others? cause i want to plant myself somewhere that i'm going to stay for a while...and don't really want to be the only human in the conference a few seasons down the road...

i've never coached a California team in GD or HD on here...definitely intriguing

I am staying. I prefer D2 in 3.0. Not sure about the other two.
