How does the DH work with an NL team. Is their interleague play? Do the NL teams use a DH in AL ballparks?

Hi,
I have found a player with 12 years experience on baseballreference but he only has 11 seasons on WIS. His last season is not listed on WIS. Can I use him and the players from the season that does not show up on WIS for him?

I assume a player with only 11 years but 12 teams is ineligible? For example, Joe Bowman had only 11 seasons but his last year he played for two teams, Boston and Cincinnatti. Can't use him, right?
