One of these rookies could be yours as your team looks to pick 6th in the draft. Cardinals currently have 97 wins with six games left. So you will be taking over a very good team.
We need a new quality owner for Stl Louis Cardinals
This is only the 6th opening in last 12 seasons so a very stable league.
We are a fairly standard Progressive league working our way through Baseball History. We do have a couple variations to the standard though.
1) American and National Leagues have their own drafts. So every player is available in both leagues.
2) Leagues are made up of two 4 team divisions.
3) Drafts are worst to first with the exception that the playoff teams pick 7th and 8th with the World Series teams in 8th slot.
4) AAA players number four and are picked from a random selection of a 5 year MLB period where only players with 500K or less salaries are eligible to be drafted.
5) There is no interleague trading.
6) We endeavor to move quickly from one season to next beginning draft as soon as slots are determined.
