Not a draft per se, like I pick a player, then you pick a player. First you pick a year: eg 1999, then you select all of your players from that year. 1999 Greg Maddux, 1999 Ken Griffey Jr. etc. Anyone else can pick that year and pick whichever players you want. Rarely there are duplicate years, but if it happens, it is okay, and each team is fairly unique.

Thanks for the question redwingscup, I have set the theme to only allow parks available during the selected season. This appears to include What If Field, a fictional field that uses the years 1885-2017. It is a Neutral 1.00 field with +0 across the board. Since the sim allows it, it will be available.
