Over/Under
I set the over/under of each team based on the owner's wins per season over the last 14 seasons. I round to the nearest .5 (So if you have averaged 44.6 wins, then the over/under is 44.5). I go to the nearest .5 so that there can be no pushes. Only for owners who have an exact number for their average wins will I keep it at a whole number. For the four new owners to the ODL, I averaged the win totals from the twelve owners in my records who have only played 1 season.

This is definitely the least amount of time I've spent on the evals, but I feel pretty good about my 5 locks and most of the picks. Bring on the critiques!!!
