How long after recruiting opens do your actions actually get pushed through? Asking about Leahy recruiting.

They will get processed at noon ET today. The first cycle is 24 hours. All cycles after that are every 3 hours.

Slightly after noon, actually. Usually about 6 to 8 minutes after the hour.
