And don't forget that all players must play, must meet the 75PA or 25IP requirement. And there is a salary floor. And you should have a plan to win IF you make the postseason. ..

None is easy. How do you best allocate salary?

Can you build a lousy team that can't win in their home park?

Are your guys as crappy as you think they are?

Do you stash a handful of players for the playoffs?

How will fatigue affect these clowns?

You must draft a minimum of 4,800PA/162 and 1,200IP/162, so it's not like you are drafting a bunch of 25IP bums...

Can you mismanage? Run your team into outs? Field a team with stone hands? Don't forget the finer points of the game that you want your manager to overlook...I recruited Vern Rapp as a bench coach. He should be able to get the guys in a foul mood before they take the field...
