1) DRAFT LOTTO

Starting with the 1980 draft, all spots will be determined by record, except the first 6 picks. Those will be done by a lotto, with the worst team getting 6 balls, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 ball for the best of the lotto teams.

The Lotto will take place soon after the 120th game in the season using the website www.draftpicklottery.com. The Draft Lotto will be held live on facebook live and announced before so you all can log on and watch the lotto if you so choose.

All results will also be posted on the forum as soon as the lotto is over.

2) TIE BREAKER
- if two or more teams have the same record after 120 games, run differential will be used to determine who gets the better pick.

3) WIN FLOOR

The win floor has been raised to 37. Failure to reach the win floor will drop you out of the lotto. Your team must be at 37 wins by game 120.

4) KEEPERS

Still going to be 25. BUT from now on any players that are on the IR will count as one of the 25 keepers.

5) IR/DL

- A team can up to and no more than 5 players on an IR list that can be carried over to the next season as a keeper.
- No players drafted before the 1980 draft are eligible for the IR.
- Counts against your keeper limit (25).
- Players that are missing seasons in pre 1980 drafts are not eligible to be drafted until they comeback after 1980. No drafting injured players.

6) NO DH- NO CAP - NO WW -

7) AAA 6/4 (made up are as bad as they get).
- will go to RL players as soon as there are enough to go around. Until then, you can choose to draft guys or take the made up guys.

7) Draft off clock
At 120 games I will post the draft order and as soon as that happens the team with the first pick can start the draft but he must have his keepers in and not edit them after a pick is made. He can only draft first year players or players that are re-entering the draft after a missed season.
Once all keepers are in all players on the available player list are available.
If you make a mistake and draft the wrong guy it is okay to re-pick as long as no other players have been picked after the botched pick.

8) No man shall ever talk bad about or down to the great Carney Lansford.

This league has a lot of trades every season and very active owners.
