Anyone have any good calculators for efficiency, rebound rate, etc.? I had made one when I played before, but that laptop went kaput.

I have a google spreadsheet that I use for scoring efficiency. Here's a link to a copy of it if you're interested.

Enter your team ID in the upper left corner. It reads the stats from the team page so it would be pretty easy to add columns for rebound rate or whatever else you want.

In case anyone else has the same question and is afraid to ask, click your team name in the banner and the number at the end of the URL is your team ID.

You can also find your team ID in the address bar when you open the team profile page.

Yep, that's what I meant. Just couldn't think of what the proper term was. Thanks.

What do the calculated fields represent? Such as TS%?

This is very cool, thanks for sharing.

Ha, I didn't mean to look like I was correcting you. We just happened to respond at the exact same time.

I meant to make a list of my abbreviations but then forgot about it.

TS% - True shooting percentage. It's supposed to measure a player's shooting more accurately by factoring in 3s and FTs.
FGAr - Field goal attemps per 40 minutes
min - Minutes played per game
efg% - Effective field goal %. Same as regular fg% but it counts made 3s as 1.5 field goals made.
2pt% - The player's 2pt fg%.
3pt% - The player's 3pt fg%.
3A% - The percentage of a player's field goal attempts that are threes.

For the colors in TS% and efg% I just used round numbers as arbitrary cutoff points to get a quick look at who has the highest and lowest efficiencies. They don't have any meaning other than that.

I also noticed that if you are looking up your team ID on that table, the D1 list doesn't align with the D2 and D3 list. So if you're looking for your team ID in Knight for example, you might think it's the last column in the D2 and D3 table, but's that's actually Phelan (there is a scrollbar at the very bottom of the D1 table that you might miss). Then when you enter that ID you get a blank page with some errors. That's because Phelan hasn't played any games so there are no stats. It's probably easier to just get your ID from the team profile page.

Added a column for rebounding rate. Takes number of rebounds and divides it by number of total rebounds for both own team and opposition, then factors in how many minutes (out of 40) that player was on the floor. Not perfect, but gives a decent estimate for percentage of rebounds a player snags while they are on the floor.

Here is mine.

It doesn't have the fancy thing to pull the stats automatically but it includes team info. Just populate with game logs in rows 3-33 and 44-78.

Then for individual use 100-110. I initially created it for only 11 players since I had a RS player and was too lazy to add a 12th line. So I just leave the last guy off. It includes the Ken Pom's Offensive Rating and the NBA style Player Efficiency Rating (PER). Rows 84 through 94 show individual calculated stats.
