Tribute league to the great Province of Saskatchewan, which is hurting big time with last week's tragic Humbolt Broncos bus crash.

To keep the rules simple.
1. League only open to players born in Saskatchewan. There have been hundreds of hockey players from Saskatchewan (over 500 total), so plenty of options.
2. No waiver wire, no clones, no minor leaguers, no playoff intensity, no ties (shootouts allowed)
3. $75 Million Cap.
4. Team name must include a city/town from Saskatchewan (does not need to be a "real" team name, but must be real city/town)
5. In case of question or dispute about player's place of birth, the Hockey Hall of Fame Website will be the final reference/word: https://www.hhof.com/LegendsOfHockey/jsp/SearchPlayersByCountry.jsp?co=CASK
6. Trades allowed, 8 to veto.
