This is for owners that appreciate the old school pitchers who were expected to finish what they start. Each rotation in this league will feature four starters who had at least 20 complete games.
Rules:
1. Sign up by choosing one of the starting rotations shown below, containing 3 exclusive pitchers and a wild card, and fill out your roster from their teammates that season. You may twist teammates to any season, but you may not twist the 4 starting pitchers.
2. Wild Card. Use the following search settings: seasons 1920-2017, IP/G minimum 7, #ERC minimum 3. You will have to site ail me with your choice so that I can verify your roster.
3. At the time you join, designate your choice of league, AL or NL.
4. Bullpen restrictions: your bullpen must contain pitchers who are not as good as your starters. In particular, no reliever can have a whip less than 1.2, and they may not ever be used as starters.
