The only rule for this league is no Hall of Famers may be on your roster; players or managers. Those elected for induction in 2018 are not eligible. $130 million cap - Yes to DH - No Clones, AAA, WW or trades

The explanation in the theme leagues listing says 1994-96. Is that an error?

That is the setting for the league. The number of teams/teams in divisions/playoff teams.

That has nothing to do with players.

Where is everyone? I'm starting to feel unwanted.

This is a fun league that allows for great players that may not be used as much.
