Found a couple other eligible players. Apparently Terry Shumpert and Mookie Betts are related, as well as Lou Piniella and Dave Magadan.

Here's another good link I found but baseball-reference.com does not list Mookie Betts and Terry Shumpert as relatives but I'll allow both players in this theme.
