I just did a search for international players in Rupp and found a player from a JUCO college in Illinois. I had no idea they were even considering leaving the USA.

Lol. It happens. I have always thought they were international freshmen who signed with a Jucos. After their Juco season they return to their country and you have to recruit them from there.

Then again maybe Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have more power in Illinois than I think!
