Need 1 for 1955 team in Dual Season Prog.1925/1955 Topic

We need 1 replacement owner for the Dual Season Progressive which started with the 1921/51 season and currently has 15 games left in the 1924/1954 season.
This is a progressive league playing dual eras. Each season we will play 2 years, but we will keep those years completely separate by league (except for interleague play). We play each era simultaneously, one in the NL starting in 1921 and one in the AL starting in 1951. In effect we are playing two progressive leagues, separated by league boundary.
Drafted players will be owned until they are cot, traded or retire.
Stadiums will be owned for the life of the league, unless you apply for a stadium change. Stadiums are exclusive and may only be used once in the league.
Team names will begin with the city (or state) of your stadium, followed by a nickname of your choice (can be the MLB name or a name of your choice, subject to approval by the Commissioner). For instance, if you selected Wrigley Field your team name could be the Chicago Cubs or Chicago River Rats etc. It could not be Don's Dingers of Tallahassee Tigers etc.
No duplicate names please.
Initial division alignment will be geographically based within each league based on cities chosen.
each team may carry as many players as keepers as it likes to the following season (standard progressive-For instance, the team who had 1923 Babe Ruth for the 1923 season would have 1924 Babe Ruth for the 1924 season.
Subsequent Annual Drafts. Each season there will be a separate non-snake rookie/free agent draft for each league to fill out rosters. A drafted player will be owned by his drafting team until that player is cut, traded or retired.
There will be separate drafts for each league (1921/1951, 1822/1952 etc.. The draft for each league will be based on the inverse order of finish for the prior season, except that for the furst round only there will be a random lottery (using random.org) for the first 3 positions (bottom 25% of the league). The team with the worst record will have 3 chances, the team with the 2nd worst record will have 2 chances, and the team with the worst record will have 1 chance-thus 50% chance for the worst record, 33.3% chance for the 2nd worst record and 16.7% chance for the 3rd worst record. ties in the inverse order of finish will be broken by run differential (runs scored minus runs allowed) during the regular season. The team with the worst differential will draft highest among tied tams. 1 game playoffs for a division title will be considered to be regular season games for the purpose of the tiebreaker.
Trading of Players. Trading of players between NL teams and AL teams is not allowed- i.e. 1921 players may not be traded for 1951 players.
Trading of draft picks. Trading of draft picks is not allowed for the inaugural draft (1921/1951) only. For subsequent drafts picks may be traded up to 2 seasons in advance-that is, during the 1922/1952 draft, picks may be traded for 1922/1952, 1923/1953 and 1924/1954. For clarification, as soon as the 1922/1952 season starts, in season trades may include 1923/1953 and 1924/1954 picks as well.
Just like players, draft picks may not be traded between leagues-1922 picks (NL) may NOT be traded for 1952 picks (AL).
At no point in any season will a team from one league/season be able to have a player from another season. For instance, a 1923 team will have all 1923 players. There will be no inter-year trading between 1923 and 1953 teams. Trading between teams of the same year will of course be legal and is encouraged.
Other rules
AAA will be set to below-average, so as to provide fatigue relief at replacement player level ability (similar to average minor league players). There will be 6 position players and 4 pitchers. They may be used for trades within the same league only.
DH. No DH initially. If and when the AL reaches 1973, we will have the DH in the AL only/
Salary Cap $120 million.
