I should say I hope you take some of the advice because it's a cool idea for a league and I'd like to see it fill. Your parameters are such that this may be one of the first leagues where an older Wilt year may be more advantageous than 15-16 Curry.

After playing around with different rosters I think you need to have a salary cap to make this interesting. Especially with the clones option
