i like this. I'm considering. heres a poll type question though. in a league like this, if you have avg ML, will any really make it into the game? i like leagues with above avg ML because 1 or 2 can actually play for a spot on the team. what do you think?

With average, they're really just for injury protection. You can use one or two at the bottom of your lineup or as a supplement. Besides - I never win a Calder!

I think Sutherland missed a couple bad calls, too. I am still trying to forget what he did to Vancouver. Edler suspended?? Laughable. Henrick gets 2 deuce for being Marchand's punching bag? laughable. Team should have ALL been given a deuce for doing nothing while this was going on.. I am not advocating the Broad Street Bullies ((80's Flames and Oilers were both much tougher) but without the muscle, you get crushed and your stars get run. Happens to Vancouver every year,, I miss Bieksa and Sbisa being here.. and ESPECIALLY Dorsett. On his way to a 40 point season, had to hang it up because of a serious neck problem.. He would lift the WHOLE team on just one shift.. Either a mean hit, or going at someone 3 sizes bigger and often winning the scrap.. Vancouver's bench would come alive..

Still have 7 or 8 teams to burn.. but will wait a bit

Always difficult to fill leagues now. Summer is particularly bad. I'll put a team in for you but the league number 32700 doesn't seem to work.

Don’t forget... I always drop my team when the league is down to 2-3 spots... but count me in.

I’m going to hold off. I’ll give it another try a little later.
