the kid will tucker out quickly -- I would redshirt and change the Practice Plan for OL to up the ATL and Speed - which will both assist in the Stamina rating. If you keep him for 5 yrs / starting all 4 and make a couple deep runs in the playoffs - this kid could be a 700ish DIII OL!

Started him from the get go. He will be just fine. Dont care about the overall number. But his Str, Block, Tech , Ath and GI were pretty damn good to start with. His cores now make him better than most teams starting OL. By his Sr year he will be a beast. And it is d2.

I recruited an D1AA STL O-lineman with decent WE and baseline. RS this year, expected to start 4 years, should be interesting. Good GPA and FIQ to boot.
